Syncware Technologies came to me with a clear problem: law firms needed a better way to communicate with clients and manage appointments online. Phone tag, email chains, and paper schedules were costing firms time and creating a poor client experience. Syncware wanted to build a platform that solved all of it in one place.
What they needed:
- A way for attorneys and clients to message each other in real time
- The ability to jump from a chat into a video call without switching apps
- An appointment scheduler attorneys could control — setting their own availability, avoiding double bookings
- All of it working reliably on phones, tablets, and desktops
What I built:
I designed and built the full platform from scratch. Attorneys can message clients instantly and escalate any conversation into a Zoom call with a single click. The scheduling system lets lawyers define their weekly availability and block off specific dates — clients book directly into open slots and receive automatic confirmations.
